At Keeler Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws, components, and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns department, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
